list of safe canned dog food????

| anyone know whats still safe? i have a few cans of mighty dog, not the cuts and gravy, the kind that looks like spam. is it safe? i`am getting nervous, thinking about feeding him packaged lunch meat, but that has alot of salt. anyone know of a canned brand thats safe?? |

The way I see it, read labels and, whatever brand, if the food contains wheat gluten, just don't feed it, just to be safe, at least until more is known.
I have eliminated some varieties of canned cat-food, after discovering they contained wheat gluten, though they are not on the recall list -just to be sure.
I don't eat much human processed food, but use gravy-mixes, and I eliminated a couple because they list wheat gluten - just to be sure. Paranoia? Maybe, but maybe not. |

| Get Wellness from Mother Hubbard. They use no wheat, corn or pesticdes. I use canned and dry from Wellness. |
