And old friend of mine has a nic- nac of a dog.He looks like a coco-spaniel but a little taller and heis brown and white with a cropped tail.I thought he was a English springer spaniel,but all the pictures on the INTERNET the breed has a long tail.If you could help me identify this dog I would be grateful.He has long brown ears a brown row Down his back,brown spots on his sides and a cropped tail.Help me make and old lady happy.She can"have a real dog and these figurines are her life.

Every Springer I've ever known has a docked tail. A docked tail is also part of the AKC breed standard for the English Springer Spaniel.

That looks like the dog except the dog has brown spots instead of the brown pattern shown in the pictures

Perhaps a Brittany Spaniel, then.
