3 yo swallowing toothpaste after brushing

My 3 yo never likes to spit out after brushing her teeth. She always swallows it afterwards. It is smaller than a pea size amount, maybe smaller than a corn kernel size. Anyways, the toothpaste has flouride in it but it is the children's version. Our water does not have flouride in it. I brush her teeth once, sometimes twice a day. Total amount of toothpaste per day is about a corn kernel size, maybe less.

Are there any health concerns I should have if she is doing this every day?
