Ok, thank you so much...this may be a stupid question, but could I say go to you since you do it and then I wouldn't need to find one. I say this because I am wanting to leverage a 25% off sale at Calico Corner on reupholstery and the sale ends end of month so wanting to get fabric fairly quickly if possible. The fabrics I have seen have been on th john robshaw website but do you have access to more options? Heres the chair I want to reupholster for my bedroom. I have john robshaw pillows already that are pretty mellow for him and want to pop with the chair

In the US, everybody standardizes on commercial half-sheets for baking. And a few ovens also fit full-sheets. But since oven sizes often vary, you generally end up putting these sheets onto the rack. In Europe, there is no such thing as a standard-sized sheet. So, you usually must buy the ones that your oven manufacturer makes. And more often than not, they slide directly into the sides of the oven cavity. So, it is very common for ovens to ship without the type of racks that you see in American ovens. I generally think the American design works better, as it is nice that you can buy your oven sheets independently of your oven. But I also do appreciate how the European model can work really well for special-purpose cookware that perfectly fits the oven. For instance, our Miele CSO makes great use of this. It has an assortment of different steam trays and cookie sheets that perfectly fit the smaller cavity and that can be combined in different ways.

@palimpsest I agree, but the openings on either side of the fireplace lead through to the dining room on the other side. The side that is being blocked by the Christmas tree in the first photo has a built in cabinet with counter and book case that separates two rooms, but the right side if the fireplace can be passed through (although just the dogs do, we dont walk through it). There is a bedroom upstairs on the other side of the fireplace wall. I’ve seen a house on my street where they closed off the rooms completely from each other, but I don’t think that’s something I want to do here. Here is the reverse side of the fireplace wall (seen from our living room) - it is usually the dining room, but it is currently filled with stuff bc of the kitchen and floor work going on. There is a central courtyard that the dining room opens up onto, so I like the light that it lets through.. the room I’m putting the panels in faces north and the roof extends over the front patio area, so it’s quite dark. Especially since we haven’t added lights yet in there!
