 o
was it me, or all moms experience this?

For 4 months after giving birth, maybe more - and this has happened with both my babies - EVERY time I closed my eyes to go to sleep, I would see myself in the hospital giving birth. Is this the experience of all moms? Just wondering...

I didn't have that experience. It's possible that every time you laid down, something triggered a thought process to think of that experience. I think we all tend to remember experiences that are triggered by a place, a smell, etc.

Boy, I did, though not always the same dreams. For months after my kids were born 26-31 years ago, I had very vivid dreams. It's the hormones.

Well I was not dreaming, just remembering it all very vividly, just as I was relaxing before falling asleep - really couldn't help it!
