anyone out there----if your baby has a flat spot, try chiropracter first before helmut. my 10 mos. old son started CST---Cranio Sacral Therapy with chiropracter a month ago, after 6 visits once a week he had tromendous progress;he had moderate flattening assimetrical--2-3 cm difference in right side from left;was way worse before, rounded out on its own a bit when he started fllipping on the side at night, since about 6 mos;but slowed down around 9mos and we have not seen changes till 10, now he's 11 and has almost perfect head, still going to therapy, insurance covered all visits, he liked it-----WE ARE VERY HAPPY HE DID NOT HAVE TO WEAR HELMUT, I WAS AGAINST IT AND SEEN GREAT RESULTS WITHOUT IT--------JUST MAKE SURE CHIROPRACTER BABY CERTIFIED AND CERTIFIED TO PERFORM CST ON BABIES-----TRY THAT FIRST, THEN HELMUT----WE THOUGHT WE HAD NO CHANCES IN GETTING IT BACK TO NORMAL AT THAT AGE AND HAVING IT FLAT ALMOST SINCE BIRTH, 2 MONS WHEN IT STARTED AND WAS GETTING WORSE PLUS HE WAS BORN WITH HUGE HEMATOMA ON ONE SIDE WHICH MADE IT MORE DIFFICULT TO TURN HEAD ON THAT SIDE----I WAS DEVASTETED AND THOUGHT IT STOPPED MOLDING , BUT NO;IF LOOK FROM TOP HIS HEAD LOOKED LIKE A TRIANGLE WHEN STARTED THERAPY AND COULD FEEL IT WAS KIND OF EDGY ON TOP, NOW AFTER 6 WISITS IT LOOKSMORE LIKE AN EGG FROM TOP HOW IT SUPPOSED TO;CHIROPRACTER WOULD ONLY TOUCH HIS HEAD FOR COUPLE MINUTS AND 24HRS LATER WE SEE DIFFERENCE----AMAZING----STRONGLY SUGGEST TRY THAT IF YOUR BABY HAS THE SAME PROBLEM AND DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR PED.--IT DOES NOT ROUND OUT WHEN THEY START CRAWLING, PLUS KIANO DID NOT CRAWL TILL 11 MONS!!!!!!!THANK YOU CHIROPRACTER AND CST--------OLGA
