Choosing the right stroller depends on a couple of things. Start off by asking yourself how you want to use your stroller. For example, do you want to go running, jogging as well as walking with your stroller? Or, will you only be going for walks in city or park like areas, stores, or on sidewalks with your stroller? There is a lot more to consider, but these questions are a good place to start. Joanne

Thanks for the post, the link and the follow up. I am interested to know more about the questions that Joanne brings up. Is there any disadvantage to using a running stroller? To me it seems like those would be useful even when you are in the city, store, etc.

Sometimes jogging strollers tend to tip over easily because of a single, regular sized front tire. But, jogging strollers with large wheels, especially with air filled tires can compensate. Joggers can be wonderful to go running on a dirt path or walking around the store, if they have sturdy suspension, easy turning like having 60 degree turning wheels, and stability with either large wheels or two double sets of wheels in front. Both larger and double sets of wheels up front really help in slippery or loose ground (snow, gravel etc.). :) Joanne
