| I don't see anything wrong with mixing a small amount of lemon or orange or other citrus into it. But you might want to post on the Cooking forum because those guys know all kinds of tricks! |

| If you're planning on giving it to baby I'd stick to store bought b/c it's pasteruized. Dirty apples that have come into contact with animals feces when they've dropped on the ground could be potentially deadly to your baby. Only pasteurized beverages, i.e. milk & juice should be used. |
