Well, Johnny had his appt last Friday, the 18th, (a little late posting this, but been kinda busy :-))))
Anyhow, he weighed in at 17lb 4oz and 27". The dr said he is teething and should have his bottom teeth in about another month. She also said he was weight wise where he should be and height above average. He scoots all over the floor now when home, he passed his hearing test w/ flying colors. He can stand when you hold him, he can also sit slumped over:-).
He still has 32oz of formula in a 24hr period and eats breakfast, lunch and dinner, practically everything. She was so amazed at his progress. They were very concerned about him when he was born. Now he has rolls on his legs and arms, smiles and laughs. He was 4 weeks early, almost born at 27 weeks, was hospitalized then out on bedrest. He was 5lb 13oz and 18 1/2" when he was born. He's come a long way. Just thought I'd share w/ you all. You know what it's like to be a proud mama:-) Daddy loves his boy!!

| Hey girlie, sorry no replies here, but most people are gone now, I check in from time to time. I'm thrilled to see Johnny is doing so great, he is doing exactly all the things my full term baby did at 6 months, so I say he's caught right up from being a preemie. And I say you had something to do with it, good job Momma! |
