Recommend a book -understanding adult daughter

I've got a friend who is experiencing a very difficult time with her grown daughter. They are butting heads and the daughter said she (my friend) can't see her grandson or her for three months. My friend raised her daughter alone and said they have butted heads for years. Can anyone recommend a good book my friend might read? The daughter is 27. Thanks

| How about Deborah tannen's "You just Don't Understand" or another by her, actually this one first: "Please Understand me." It's a great start! The go into the Five Love Languages, but I can't remmeber the author's last name. It's amazing, though. |
