Lead Tainted Toys

It looks like eBay is selling toys that are difficult to verify whether or not they contain lead paint. I saw on this website, with links to actual auction items, that these were the same models of toys being sold on eBay that are listed on the CPSC.GOV website as being recalled for lead hazards.
