i tried putting some pictures in the gallery

i think only one went through...i was trying to make them a bit bigger and it told me the image was too big.....yet everyone tells me the pictures are too small to view clearly

i give up...hopefully you can view them with the link below...it is my msn site and i have some albums in there with cards as well as xmas ornaments and other stuff

GGG, Here's a picture from my shade garden that has some recycled items. The white pedestal was the base of an old lamp that my neighbors hauled to the curb for bulk pick-up during their re-model. I grabbed it to fill a bare spot, and ended up topping it with an old garden lantern I had found at a garage sale. The stepping stones are terra cotta tiles that were left over from when we installed our new kitchen floor. They usually form a neat pathway through the garden, but in this picture, I had moved them aside to do some weeding. Marilyn

Pictures in Photo Gallery or 'Pictures'

The Photo Gallery is just a viewing tool. All of the pictures are in your Pictures folder, unless you specifically put them in another folder. If you see something in the Gallery that you can't find in Pictures...you probably haven't looked hard enough. Sounds like you need to spend some time organizing your pics/folders so you know what is stored where. After that, it should be easy enough to select the proper folder and UPLOAD your pics to Photobucket. It also sounds like you need a proper imageviewer so you can look at the contents of any folder quickly. I'd suggest Irfanview. Here is a link that might be useful: Irfanview

Ron - Maybe you need to post a warning before readers view those photos (just teasing) - that one you posted today really made be feel a little dizzy. I'm not afraid of heights - just precipices!!! There is just no way I could ever get that close. But I can also sympathize with you - my middle son would have been right there next to your son.

justluvtocraft-- great work on your cards! I really like the one with foam shapes, the bright colors and all... Don't give up trying. I'm sure some of us here could help you with resizing (not me, I'm lousy at it myself LOL! and I've had more failures than successes! *feeble grin*)

Rosie-- great work in your album, too! How did you do the fadey-out thing on your garden pix? The baby feet pic is just precious! Congrats, btw, he's absolutely beautiful!

Lia......the fadey-out thing is an option that you can mark when you set up the album.....pretty neat huh?

The good thing about picturetrail is that you can add whenever you want. I have added new dominos and new grandbaby pics.
Still have to do flowers.

Oh, thanks so much for sharing your great cards! I especially love your mosiacs and the last card with the buttons on it. All I can say is it takes som fussing with the compression levels to get those photos small in file size but large in screen size. I use Photoshop to resize mine but it's not much help if you don't have that program. The only other one I know how to do it in is Paint Shop Pro.

rosie- your grandbaby is such a little doll! And I love your "emerge" collage...did you have that up on Ebay?
