I finally got some time to sit down and post this. I used the Outlines rubber stamps to create this medallion card. Next year I'd like to make a different one set-up so the medallion can be removed as an ornament - maybe!! Hope you enjoy!! Image link:

Glad to see you again Lia. The garland that I made into the wreaths was from my after Christmas sales last year. I can't remember where I got it but there were two styles, one that looked like tiny leaves and the other was more like a tree branch. I think I got 3 wreaths out of each one. I had a few strings of the beads from the beaded tree dept but ended up string the rest myself. I had to string them and then put glue on my finger and wipe it along the string to get the beads to stay in place where I wanted them to on the wreath. My DS cut the circles in the cardstock using my old circle cutter. the newer Fiscar types just don't seem to work for me. Glad your liked it.

I've been trying to design my 2003 card, but nothing is "grabbing" me. I've come up with a couple of ideas, but I'm not real happy with them. Time is running out and I'm trying very hard. I've designed my cards the past 2 years and don't want to stop the tradition already! What type of card are you doing this year?

Thanks Minnie and Lia. I do hope that my friends and family enjoy my cards as much as I enjoy doing them. Here are the other cards that I've made. As you can see, I like water towers! LOL 2001 - the snow is wishful thinking! 2002 - My 2 youngest sons on their horses and Jammer and I on the bike. I'm already thinking about next year's card. Our town is so small that I'm really limited to themes. I'm thinking about using a picture of the church. It's been there since I was an infant and the steeple is visible from all over town. I don't think I'll have Santa driving his sleigh over the steeple, though! LOL Maybe an angel would be more apprppriate. I've also thought about the old theater that we all used to go to. It's no longer there, but I do know there is a photo somewhere of the big sign that hung outside. Lia, I'd love to help you with your card next year! But no printing!!! Oh BTW...I've ordered a new printer and computer. should be here next week!
