Not too White Trim Color

Hello,
We are gut remodeling a home and I need to pick wall and trim colors. I want a light warm gray or griege on the walls and possibly the same color for trim or slightly lighter. I'm loving Benjamin Moore Winds Breath for walls and Dove Wing for the trim. Would these look good together? Has anyone used these or have other suggestions?
