Patch showing through

Hi
Just had my new bathroom painted. ....patched , primed and first finish coat on walls and patching where holes were filled is shadowing through. They are coming tomorrow to final coat the walls, and I am afraid this will show through the final coat . The paint is C2 , aqua velvet type finish. I'm wondering if they patched after priming.....any thoughts ?

If it was done properly the second coat will make it disappear.

He is here now and sanding and priming it again..........patched after priming.
