Best paint color for a Florida condo with northern exposure

We are about to repaint our condo which has been rented. It is currently builder white and gets little sunlight in the main living area. I'm looking for a neutral with a little zip (no beige)for the entire condo. The floor tile and kitchen cabinets are white. Any suggestions?
