Benjamin Moore Advance Paint - Waterborne Alkyd

Has anyone used this product and how has it held up?

I would like to use this product for my oak staircase, after striping and priming with Fresh Start #46.

Is this paint good for risers? Which sheen removes scuffs better, Pearl/Satin or Semi-gloss? I've heard Magic Eraser works well to remove scuffs but it removes the finish as well.

Would Advance allow me remove scuffs with soap and water?

It is fine paint, good for any wood trim. Semi gloss will provide the best washable finish( after 30 day curing )

When I went to the local Benjamin Moore paint store for paint for my back (interior) stairs , the directed me to Stockholm brand, which is so far doing well. I couldn't understand why....does anyone have a clue ?
