Volunteer FAQ Editor Needed

Posted by gwannouncements (My Page) on

We are looking for someone to help create an FAQ for this forum. While compiling information should be a group effort, one person would be charged with pulling it together into useful FAQs. This could mean a new document OR just pointing to helpful posts that are already on the forum. A good example of a helpful FAQ can be found here:Winter Sowing FAQ.
If you have a desire to make this forum even better, have good writing skills and work well with others, please reply to this thread or send us an email -- Letters to Garden Web.

Good point there Ideefixe!!

This forum hasn't been updated in a long time, and only has such BASIC functions. Also...there's LOTS of troubles with this site recently.
No.#1 to ME is not being able to change our Forum-names to CAPITALIZE the first letter.
No smilies, etc. to convey special meaning/humor is just primitive to me! 99% of sites I frequent have some form of this.

...and they want something that will benefit them done for FREE?! I think not.

I'm NOT trying to be disrespectful GW, but come on...this site needs some work...b4 any volunteer-work is done for you IMO!
