SW Copen Blue with a light wood w/yellow tone bedroomfurniture

Hi,

We are in the midst of reprinting our whole house. I picked SW Copen Blue for my bedroom. I have a neutral tined light tan carpet in my bedroom and I have a light colored wood bedroom suit which I think has a yellowish tone to it. I will attach a link to a picture my bedroom suit.

My mother in law told my husband that the color I chose will not look right with out furniture and will make the furniture look awful.

What is your opinion on this?

I love Copen Blue, recently saw it in a bedroom/bath in a new home. I think it would look good with most bedroom furniture colors, including yours. It's a beautiful soft blue/green color.
