What color(s) should I repaint this bedroom?

I just got some room darkening sliding panels that are in a medium/dark brown called "Manhattan Dune."
It clearly doesn't go with the existing light beige wall, so I am going to repaint the bedroom walls in colors that match or compliment the color of the panels.
Should I paint just the wall with the sliding door to match and leave the wall at the top of the bed the same color or paint them both to match or should I use some other color?
What about the other walls in the room such as the wall that faces the foot of the bed etc?

Furniture and bedding will be replaced later.

I don't see anything wrong with the color. If you paint the wall to match it will be very dark. Rather, you can switch out the bedding to include the brown so it looks more like a part of the room. Such as:

The room should only be dark if the panels are closed and I do want it dark then. I will leave the panels open most of the day and close them at night for privacy.
The light wall behind the dark panels doesn't look good to me. Maybe painting all the walls to match that dark chocolate color is too dark, but I could also try painting it to match the color of the wall near the head of the bed is enough (or else some other new coordinating color), but I don't like the light wall behind dark panels.

I have seen some "dark" painted rooms that look good.
