I would just make sure that the trim is clean so that there isn't any contaminant like grease from fingers or dirt and dust that may impede adhesion of the paint. If it's the same paint you are using, then I think TSP and sanding are overkill.

Dirtex will clean the surface and dull it for repaint. One step and you're done. No sanding needed.
