what color should moulding/trim work be?

I have a rather elaborate foyer/formal dining area. The trim guys just put up moulding on the stair walls, and I am not sure if I should have it painted white, so the walls within the paneling will be white, continuing into a different color as you go to the ceiling. Or should I have it painted the same color as the walls in the picture, so that the moulding and wall within the moulding would be the yellowish beige color (Sherwin Williams Believable Buff) going all the way up to the ceiling. The thing of it is, the foyer and formal dining are essentially in the shared space. The dining wall and ceiling has routered moulding that will be white, but inside will have a dark faux finish, and outside will be the BB.
The foyer has a barrel vault that will have the same dark faux finish as within the dining panel.
My initial gut is to paint it all BB, but I dont want the stair moulding to become minimal in its presence.
