concrete paint for poured concrete wall

while my basement is pretty much finished I decided not to f inishin back of the washer and dryer. I do however want to paint the concrete. Its a small area, maybe 8' high by 7' wide. I have never seen any moisture. Still, is is best to use a water blocker type paint like dry lok. If so, what do you recccomend? If not, what do you reccomend? Thanks!
