Painting scratched powder coated aluminum

Help! I have a large kitchen window. It is framed in dark bronze almost black powder coated aluminum. When the old tile was removed and the silestone put in it left scrape marks and residue. Can this be painted? Any solutions? My KD said we could put a small row of tile. Tile guy said it would fall off. The guy who measured for the silestone said it would come up to the mark of where the tile was. It didn't!

Is there a paint that I can use to cover this?

Thanks in advance for any help!
