What is reasonable for 'touch up'? job?

We are nearing the end (Hallelujah!) of our new home construction...the painters are coming end of the week to do "final touch ups"...my GC told me to go around the house and mark with painter's tape any area that I feel needs to be touched up. The sheetrockers were in last week to do their touch ups. I went through today and there are so many pieces of painter's tape everywhere...

Obviously, scuff marks need to be touched up...and where the sheet rockers had to respray, etc. but what about the dent marks in the trim that may have been there before the original paint went on or were more likely made by a subcontractor. What about the scuffs in the stain? They painted the interior when it was REALLY hot (+100 degrees), and some of the window ledeges look "wrinkled"? How are they going to "touch this up?" Just wanted an un-biased opinion from the painters out there?

Thanks In Advance,

Capegirl
