removing latex paint splotches

Hello All,

I've managed to get quite a few white latex paint splotches on my brick stairs, after painting the wooden railing.

What is the easiest way to remove this?

Ooops! Re: the above. DH just informed me that the landing is made of concrete pavers, not brick. I still need suggestions for removing said paint!

Try some rubbing alcohol on a toothbrush.

Have you tried Goof Off? Available in most home improvement stores.
