Using Aura over 10 year old oil - which Fresh Start primer?

Planning on putting Aura over 10 year old oil. Was given BM QD-30 Stain Blocking primer at BM, but going by BM's own primer chart I'm assuming 024 alkyd (orange can) would have better adhesion.

Should I switch the QD-30 out for the BM Fresh Start All-Purpose Alkyd or will either adhere to scuffed/deglossed oil fine?

Switch. If it were me,I would just go with the latex Fresh Start and forget the oil.

Yeah I just called BM's help line and they told me to go with 046 over oil and under Aura. It's the Superior 100% Acrylic Fresh Start. Guess I'll try to exchange for that. Thanks!
