white with brick half way and blue shutters

We bought a house 2yrs ago. Its a 1950s built colonial. It's white siding with the old reddish brick half way up the front. The shutters used to be blue but now are a periwinkleish color the inside front door is white so is the side intrance door. I was thinking about repainting the shutters and in side front door. Shutters dark brown and the door a hunter green or black shutters and door. Any ideas would help.

If you don't get a lot of responses here, take photos of the front of the house and post them with your question on the Home Decorating forum. There are lots of color experts and good ideas over there.
