They are both fine. The Manor Hall will be considerably less expensive and ,yes, Regal select would be just a little better paint (IMO)

I have used both. Both are great. Manor Hall is certainly cheaper and I would use it on the walls over the BMoore simply due to price. On trim, I have found that Manor Hall takes quite a while to cure--sometimes three to four months(it wears like iron after this period, it is just a bit "soft" for a while). Regal does not seem to need this cure time. I think the Bmoore flows a bit better with a brush (9.7 out of 10 vs. 9.3 for the MH). But, the MH sprays a bit better for me.

Both are very, very good paints.
