Spray Painting Mistake on Coffee Table - Help!

I have a nice wood coffee table that I sanded, primed, and applied two coats of semi-gloss white spray paint on. Unfortunately, I didn't wait long enough in between the two coats of spray paint and now there are "shadows" where I'm guessing the wet paint overlapped. Can I respray it or paint it by hand to cover up this mistake? Or should I start over and sand it down again?

Lightly sand and try to re-spray it.
