Did you paint your house gray?

Looking for paint colors that look nice - gray house with darker trim and in between color for garage doors.

We have picked samples up but they just don't look right.

If you painted your house gray I would love to hear the paint colors you used (and do you have a picture you could post too?)

I know it's hard to share this information. So much time and effort goes in to picking a color.

Love the inspiration photo -- I just redid my shed in that color scheme. Light grey with dark grey trim. See the thread on this forum called Shed Remodel (Before and After) for photos. I plan on doing my home just the opposite (dark grey with light trim).

Colors I used were Sherwin Williams: SilverPlate SW1001, and Silverado SW1005 (but I used an old paint wheel to select those).

Ours is Benjamin Moore River Gorge Gray, which has a touch of green in it.

Thank you for posting. We have not ventured into the paint yet. We will - but things always seem to take soooo long. It may be a few months away now. We did get samples that pineseverywhere suggested on her poject. They were nice. We will get a new roof first then come back to the paint.
