Slump block paint or stain

We just bought a home built out of slump block. It is 22 years old and the block needs some sprucing up. The pic is the sunroom but the entire house is the same. We don't want to change the color much, just enhance it. Any suggestions for paint or stain?

U could always go with a solid color like a white or beige to kinda brighten the area or paint individual blocks to freshen them up. Lately I've been into blocks with different shades of a certain color, like a gray/charcoal or shades "red." I would check out google images for ideas. Good luck!
