What 'finish' for BM Powell Buff

Painting a Master suite, and am getting confused with what finish i should use...Matte,flat,eggshell,yada,yada,yada..

Large bedroom and attached sitting room.Planning on BM Regal paint for walls and ceilings(vaulted tray)..

and while i am at it, what fibish for ceilings? Flat,or some type of sheen to reflect light? I am planning to use a paint 2 shades lighter then the Powell Buff

First let me tell you how much I Love Powell Buff. I have it in my foyer, downstairs and upstairs hallways. I used Aura Matte on the walls. For my ceilings I used BM Ultraflat. Love it.
