| Hi. We will be painting the ceiling and want to make sure not to get paint onto the stained wood crown molding (paint bleeding or splattering). Which tape should we use? Should we attach masking paper to the tape to cover the whole molding? |

| You can use blue, green or even yellow masking tape made for painting. Whether or not you attach paper depends on the size of the tape you buy and how much of a mess you make when painting and how splattery the paint is. I suppose paper would be good just to be safe. |
