How can I get a straight paint line on a cement floor

I have a block wall that is light blue and am painting the cement floor darker brown. I'd like a straight edge, but there is no consistent straight edge between the two. I'm not very good with tape...and like I said there is no straight line as there is between ceiling and wall. Maybe there is something else that can make the edge??

I would just cut it in by hand...taping rough surfaces like a concrete block wall would be a waste of time anyway because the paint would just seep behind the tape.
