For the majority of our interior walls, we have put up kiln dried 1x8 spruce planks, which we now are going to paint. I've read previous threads about primers and the general directive is to pick a high quality primer. The Bullseye 123 is often mentioned as being a high quality pick. Because the SW store is convenient to us and we have a contractor's account there, we are also considering their Premium Wall and Wood primer, which, with discount, is only marginally more expensive than the 123. Do any of you have any experience with this SW primer? Is it even as good as the 123? If it makes any difference, our top coat will have a matte finish.
