North Facing Office

Hi,

I want go to deep and rich in my office that faces north. Just needing some opinions on colors. I am in love with Galapagos Turquoise right now, something deep and rich in the blue/green family as I don't want too much green or too much blue. Alternatively, I could do Old Navy, but I am doing that in my north facing powder room. Thoughts?

Rest of the house (open floor plan) is BM Gray Owl.

From a visual ergonomic point of view, the wall color suits the quality of light meaning glare will be well managed.

It's a great color for an office and a darker wall color partnered with dim quality of natural light is often a great partnership.

Sounds like a good plan to me. Just be sure to test the color in the room first - the not too green, not too blue thing might be a little tricky.

Thank you! I found the perfect color today and painted a piece of sheet rock that had been primed. I am going with just one wall in there to be Galapagos Turquoise. It's lovely!
