I recently painted the exterior of my cottage-style home gray, including the brick and chimney at the front of the house (the rest of the house is stucco). I now think the house looks small and too flat in the front (i.e., no depth that delineates the different lines of the house). I am debating painting the brick a darker shade or painting the chimney either white (the rest of the trim is white) or a darker shade of gray. I am thinking this will give the house more depth and make the front "pop" a bit more. Before I sink more money into this project, I need help!
