Killing myself finding exterior paint options!

We are building a larger home with an attached in-law quarters. So, too many cooks in the kitchen! I would like any recommendations/links to great exterior paint options you love or think would go well on a modernized traditional home and not scare my conservative mother-in-law or bore me to death!

Note: the front is NOT stone like the drawing, it is siding.

Try the home decorating forum. It frequently has posts about help with exterior paint colors. Maybe someone there could help you. You might want to give a little more information such as roof color, colors you like or don't like, if you want contrasting trim, what area of the country you live in, what color homes your neighbors have.

Go to the paint stores and pick up their paint brochures. Ben Moore has theirs on-line
