I live in a home that has a stucco exterior. The home is 12 years old. Recently a debate has occurred among the neighbors as to weather you should or should not paint stucco. I would love an opinion on the power wash vs painting of stucco. Thanks!

RE: Stucco

You can pressure wash stucco using a low-power nozzle. It is important to seal & repair any cracks BEFORE pressure washing. You should not have to paint.

RE: Stucco

You can definitely paint stucco with elastomeric paint as it is breathable. Sto Corp out of PA sells this type of paint.
