For spraying, there probably is no better than the Rustoleum

Thanks. I was hoping that there might be an alternative to Rustoleum. I used white Rustoleum on my baseboard heaters (9 rooms plus 3 baths), but I can't say that I'm a fan. Some of the baseboards have yellowed, and a few have chipped.

I know Rustoleum has some specialty paints now (appliance, radiator, automotive, etc.) and I was wondering if any of them might be better for this project. I called Rustoleum, but the support person wasn't able to tell me how the other paints were different or whether they'd work for my window jamb liners

rust-oleum appliance epoxy in the spray can is indeed a good paint to use on metal. The yellowing of white oil based paint is something that occurs over time, which is why antique white latex paint has a yellow tint to it imitating an antique look. It seems to be a popular choice for interior trim. When it comes buying paint shy away from cheap from products, cheap paint is just that cheap paint. If it yellows with said product in a short period of time start looking for other factors that might be causing it. Painting is the easy part, it's the prep work that takes time & knowledge. Poor prep job poorly finished product.
