| We have been painting our trim with Ace's Cabinet, Door, and Trim paint. The results have been spectacular. It is really nice paint.
Now I am going to paint the wood trim of the fireplace and then white-wash the brick of the fireplace similar to this: White-Washed Brick Fireplace Tutorial In the tutorial, latex paint was used and thinned with half water. Can I do the same thing with the Alkatex from Ace or should I go buy a quart of latex paint? Thanks! Kyle |

| The label should tell you what to thin it with. If all it tells you is " do not thin" look for aromatic solvents [oil] or acrylic resins [water] in the ingredients as a guide. |

| Dilute a small amount of it and test it on something to make sure it dries OK. |
