| Thanks to ALL of your advice....
I didn't paint the attic vent, door got HD Dozen Roses Red, and the pavers went down, the window boxes white and lots of color in the flowers!! (yeh I know-too many flowers) but just for show, besides all will not survive. I shall see what I really like. an my landlord LOVES me and I love him --he did an AWESOME job on the corbels, the paver path (I picked exactly where to put each one lol drove him nuts) The hedge has yet to grow. :) and I have yet to wrap the red roses around the post--project tomorrow! The BEFORE--ickkkk

| Wow! I love it when a great landlord & great tenant make such pretty updates to rental property (instead of drive it into the ground with negligence). If I ever have a rental house I want to find a tenant like you :) |
