Painting Bath Vanity

Getting ready to work on my kids' bath. It's exciting.

I've got my colors picked out. BM 724 peacock feathers for the walls. All to coordinate with the only shower curtain both kids could agree on.

Last night I dreamt about a blue painted vanity in there. I thought it would be fun and I don't want to spend the money on a new one right now. For that I'm looking at BM 727 calypso blue.

My question is: What do I paint the vanity with? I've used Cabinet Coat before with good results. But that was white. I heard/remember something about the deep base with CC. My paint lady suggested BM Advanced with a coat of tinted STIX primer. It's a two door vanity, so it's not a whole lot of work. I've been to this rodeo before. Just wanted to know what the group thought.

Thanks so much. Happy summer.
