removing one tiny rough spot from painted stool

Bunny

I'm painting two unfinished parawood stools with BM Regal semigloss in Caliente (blood red). Sanded, primer, sanded, two coats of paint so far. I need at least one more coat of paint, possibly two. Despite my being a novice at this, it's looking pretty good thus far. However, I found a miniscule bit of something on the seat which looks to me like a tiny bit of errant thickened paint. It is VERY small (approx. 1/32" diam.) and not especially noticeable unless you run your hands over it, which, of course, I do.

What should I do about it at this point? I'm afraid any attempt to remove it will mess up the otherwise nice looking seat (it's a counter-height saddle stool). Can I surgically remove it with a very sharp blade?

Your thoughts/suggestions are appreciated.
