Gorgeous home! I'd keep in mind the adage that "light" colors advance and "dark" colors recede. I think blues and creams are great choices for this style of home, I'd just be careful with the depth of color so the porch doesn't disappear from the street. If it were me (and it's not!) I'd opt for mid- to lighter tone shutters to downplay the contrast between the existing white window frames and dark shutters. Keeping a similar hue value when using a variety of colors in your paint choices is less jarring to the eye, IMH, non-professional opinion :)
