Any tips for repainting wainscoting? I know it is often sprayed but this isn't in our budget. Would appreciate any words of advice!

What do you want to know????

Roll it with a 1/4" nap sleeve. Keep a wet edge, and don't roll back into an area that has already been setting for more than 10 seconds. Use a paint that is not from Home Depot. LOL

Thanks paintguy! 10 seconds is a short window! ... So, I roll the flat with 1/4" nap sleeve.... would you recommend that I roll all the flat in one pass and then come back, obviously after the 10 second window, to brush all the raised trim? Latex or oil?
