Semi-gloss oil-based white trim paint?

Hi all, we are painting our 100 year old colonial and have learned that all the trim has oil-based paint. To avoid expense of removing all trim and starting over or sanding and repainting with latex (which would also require lead remediation), we are just going to paint over with another coat of oil-based trim paint. Problem is that the contractor used a high gloss and it just looks wet. Can anyone recommend a semi-gloss oil based paint for our trim? Thanks so much!

Ben Moore "Dulamel" in satin,maybe semigloss; look at the sample boards in the store.

Where is the home?

For many "Period" styles, Gloss was considered "Standard".
Some preservationists would frown on anything BUT Gloss trims!

Ben Moore satin impervo is the best in my opinion. Also, fwiw just had a horrible experience with SW pro classics, very disappointed.
