Odor Blocking Primer

I had to remove hardwood flooring in our spare bedroom due to cat urine damage. There are 3 small areas of the subfloor that I would like to prime with an odor blocker to be on the safe side. I have scrubbed the areas with a vinegar/water solution but just want to make sure the odor doesn't come back. It is a no traffic room, and I will be covering the subfloor with foam underlayment and putting down inexpensive laminite.

What would be the best product to use for this? Thanks in advance.

Paintguy, even though it says not to use on flooring? though I think they mean not on the actual flooring itself.

Treat with an enzyme/neutralizer first.

When dried-out, use Zinsser's BIN Shellac-based primer!!!

2 to 3 coats usually do it.
Many apartment/condo-maintenance people around here use it, with good results.

Yea, either will work really...I'm sure they mean is not meant to be used as a real floor coating that people walk on.
