Mildew resistent paint: overkill for basement? Best bets?

I need to paint our finished basement. We just had it gutted and put up new drywall due to mold. It's mostly dry, but the PO had it carpeted and it flooded twice over the last 11 years, just enough to wet the carpet. The mold was largely around the baseboard, and one wall section where we had a major faucet leak.

So new drywall, appropriate insulation, and I'm planning a click vinyl floor eventually. There is a sump hole, and we run a dehumidifier all day/all year.

Would mildew resistent pain be needed here? If so, any good choices? I've never used it before. The basement is not "living space" due to a lack of egress window, and we don't use it that much if that makes a difference. Laundry area is also in the basement.
